Black Marlin Dive Resort respects your privacy. This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect when you use this site or enquire with us, and how we use it.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry or sign up for island news, we collect the details you give us - your name, email, phone number if you share it, the dates you’re interested in, and anything you tell us about your trip. We use this only to reply to you, plan your stay, and (if you opted in) send occasional resort news. We never sell your data.

Cookies & analytics

With your consent (the choice you make in the banner on your first visit), the site uses Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use it. If you decline, these tools stay off. No analytics data is sold or shared for advertising. You can change your mind by clearing this site’s data in your browser - the banner will ask again.

Who processes it

Your enquiry, and your address if you sign up for island notes, is delivered to our team by email through our website host, Vercel, and the email delivery service Resend. We keep it in our own inbox and nowhere else. If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy terms. These providers process data on our behalf and under their own privacy safeguards.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time - just write to the address below. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link.

Bookings & deposits

This site has no live booking engine - every rate shown is indicative, and availability and the final price are confirmed by our team in writing. Please do not make a deposit until you have received written confirmation of availability from us.
